中文摘要:由于转基因生物的传统检测方法有成本高、耗时、实施困难等缺点,因而本文提出了一种基于太赫兹光谱与化学计量学方法的转基因生物检测方法。本文首先用主成分分析法对转基因甜菜及其亲本的太赫兹光谱数据进行预处理,然后利用加权判别分析模型对转基因甜菜及其亲本进行检测。研究结果发现,样本呈盐类矿物带状分布。通过分析这一现象,很容易识别这些转基因甜菜。本文将太赫兹光谱与化学计量学方法相结合,为转基因生物的检测提供了一种精确、快速、方便、无损的检测方法。
外文摘要:Because traditional detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) has the disadvantages of being costly, time consuming, and awkward to perform, a novel method for the detection of GMOs based on terahertz spectroscopy combined with chemometrics methods is proposed. In this work, terahertz spectrum data of a genetically modified sugar beet and its parents are pretreated by using principal component analysis and then using the weighted discriminant analysis model, which is an improved discriminant analysis that applys a weighted algorithm to the detection of a genetically modified sugar beet and its parents. It is found from the experimental results that the samples are expressed by the zonation of saline minerals. By analyzing this phenomenon, it is easy to identify these genetically modified sugar beets. By combining terahertz spectroscopy with chemometrics methods, this paper provides a precise, fast, convenient, and nondestructive method for the detection of GMOs.
