Determination of Pesticides by Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy on Gold-Nanoparticle-Modified Polymethacrylate

外文摘要:A new surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) array is easily fabricated that offers strong enhancement with rapid, simple, and inexpensive detection. A gold nanoparticle-functionalized glycidyl methacrylate-ethylene dimethacrylate suspension was prepared to fabricate SERS arrays with an injection procedure in large quantities. The performance and stability of SERS arrays were characterized. Pesticides of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, and thiabendazole in aqueous solution were determined at concentrations of 10, 0.01, and 0.01 mg L-1, respectively. The SERS activity of the substrate endured for 5 months. Thiabendazole was determined at 0.5 mg kg(-1) in apples and potatoes and acetamiprid in wastewater with SERS arrays. This substrate may have potential for use in rapid monitoring of pesticides on fruits and vegetables and allow quality inspection of wastewater.
