NOVELTY - The method involves setting a LTQ-MS positive ion detection mode. Parameters of a microwave plasma torch (MPT) ion source and a microwave plasma torch tube opening end towarding an ion transmission spectrum scanner are automatically optimized by an LTQ-MS system, where mass spectrometric detection scanning range is about 150-400 m/z and ion transfer tube temperature is about 150 degrees centigrade. An actual sample is directly analyzed for determining aflatoxin B1 peak of absolute abundance in a *rice* sample. Aflatoxin B1 content in the *rice* sample is obtained by a working curve.

USE - Spectrometric *rice* aspergillus flavus toxin direct MPT B1 mass detecting method.

ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively detecting spectrometric *rice* aspergillus flavus toxin direct MPT B1 mass.

主权项:一种大米中黄曲霉毒素B1的直接微波等离子体炬质谱检测方法,其特征是包含下列步骤:(1)将LTQ?MS设置为正离子检测模式,质谱检测扫描范围为m/z?150~400;离子传输管温度为150℃,其它参数采用LTQ?MS系统自动优化;微波等离子体炬(MPT)离子源各参数:微波等离子体炬管开口端朝向质谱扫描仪的离子传输管口,炬管与质谱口在同一竖直平面上放置,且炬管的开口端朝下与水平面夹角α为30°;炬管开口端产生焰炬,焰炬尖端与表面皿的垂直距离d1约为3?mm,与质谱口的水平距离d2约为12?mm;(2)把稀释后黄曲霉毒素B1的标准溶液通过移液枪滴于外部包有一层铝箔纸的表面皿中,表面皿中溶液经MPT炬管产生的炬焰解吸后,得到其一级质谱及串联的特征质谱峰(质量范围m/z?200~360);根据梯度浓度的标准储备液,从低浓度到高浓度依次测定.
