外文摘要:NOVELTY - The substrate has a substrate main body whose surface is formed with a titanium film layer that is formed on a surface of a silver film layer. The silver film layer is formed on a surface of a silver nano-rod array layer. Angle between a silver nano-rod and a glass plate surface is 86 degrees. The substrate main body is made of silicon wafer or glass sheet. Length of the silver nano-rod is 850-950 nm. Diameter of the silver nano-rod is 80-99 nm. Thickness of the titanium film layer is 20nm. Thickness of the silver film layer is 100nm.
 
USE - Farm chemical pesticide detecting surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate.
