外文摘要：NOVELTY - A mycotoxin detecting method involves extracting sample with acetonitrile-water solution and centrifuging. The three-extraction liquids are combined, subjected for salting out and centrifuged to obtain supernatant. The supernatant is added with hexane and degreased. The resultant sample is purified and centrifuged. The lower acetonitrile layer of centrifuged sample is added with methanol and centrifuged. The residue is dissolved, followed by filtering to obtain sample analysis solution and performing qualitatively and quantitatively detection of sample analysis solution by mass spectrometer.
 
USE - Method for detecting mycotoxin.
 
ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting mycotoxin with better effect of improving safety monitoring of food and avoiding damage of consumer health.
 
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A mycotoxin detecting method involves extracting sample with 3 different concentrations of acetonitrile-water solution by vibrating, extracting and centrifuging to obtain three-extraction liquids. The three-extraction liquids are combined to form sample extraction liquid. The sample extraction liquid is subjected for salting out by removing fat, adding methanol and 0.2% ammonia and centrifuged to obtain supernatant. The supernatant is added with normal hexane, vortexed and degreased to obtain resultant sample. The resultant sample is purified, concentrated, re-dissolved and centrifuged to obtain centrifuged sample. The lower acetonitrile layer of centrifuged sample is added with 100 % methanol, vortexed and centrifuged to obtain supernatant and residue. The residue is dissolved with methanol and water, followed by combining the composite solution and filtering to obtain sample analysis solution, and performing qualitatively and quantitatively detection!
