中文摘要:本发明公开一种检测水稻种子携带真菌的培养基。该培养基每升灭菌水中含有蛋白胨5g,葡萄糖10g,磷酸二氢钾1g,MgSO4·7H2O?0.25g,琼脂15g,孟加拉红0.033g,氯霉素0.1g,硫酸铜0.05g,硝酸锌0.029g,尸胺0.0001g。该培养基是孟加拉红培养基的改进,通过本发明培养基可以更多地检测出水稻种子携带真菌,操作简便不易被细菌污染,真菌菌落的直径小于现有技术使用PDA培养基培养的真菌菌落直径,从而便于真菌的分离、统计。
