DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Assisting detection of presence or absence of transgenic protein in food product involves extracting the total protein of raw materials. The total protein is injected into sampling port of detecting unit so that total protein passes through detecting unit. The detecting unit comprises first perforated plate body that is provided horizontally, sampling unit having a second perforated plate body, a cone that is disposed on second perforated plate body and forms an accommodating space. The second perforated plate is disposed parallel to first perforated plate and is located below first perforated plate, and its diameter is gradually reduced from bottom to top, and its free end forms a sampling hole. The multiple sampling channels are arranged one by one with sampling holes in second perforated plate body, and one end of multiple sampling channels are communicated with sampling hole. The other end of multiple sampling channels are communicated with holes in second perforated plate body one by one. The hollow fiber polypropylene film tube is disposed between first perforated plate body. The hollow fiber polypropylene tube is attached to inner wall of hollow fiber polypropylene tube, and upper end of hollow fiber polypropylene film tube is fixed to inner wall of hollow fiber polypropylene film tube. The lower end of perforated plate is fixed in holes in first perforated plate, and multiple protrusion unit is provided on inner wall of hollow fiber polypropylene film tube so that it closes holes in first perforated plate body, and when total protein passes through detecting unit then total protein is carried out between upper end of multiple hollow fiber polypropylene films. The membrane pores of hollow fiber polypropylene film and transgenic protein are bounded to first antibody. The pores in first perforated plate are opened to wash residue in the cavity of hollow fiber polypropylene film. The second antibody labeled with transgenic protein is injected into sampling port of detection unit so that second antibody passes through it. The pores of first perforated plate body are opened, residue in cavity of the hollow fiber polypropylene film are washed. The presence or absence of label of second antibody on hollow fiber polypropylene film are detected, and if label is present then it is considered that transgenic protein is present in total protein and it is determined that transgenic protein is present in the raw material.

The detection is performed by adding p-dimethylaminoazobenzene to hollow fiber polypropylene film to produce a brown precipitate, and then it is judged that the label is present on hollow fiber polypropylene film. The obtained total protein is sucked into a syringe, and syringe is inserted into sample wells to inject total protein into the detection unit. The raw material comprises corn, rice, soybean and wheat. The hollow fiber polypropylene film tube and first perforated plate body have a beta angle of 70 degrees C and 90 degrees C. The hollow fiber polypropylene film tube is formed in a curvilinear shape on first and second perforated plates. The first and second perforated plates have rectangular shape, and their holes are arranged in a straight line.
