外文摘要:NOVELTY - Reduction of mycotoxin contamination in plants, plant material, and/or plant propagation material comprises applying Pydiflumetofen i.e. (3-(difluoromethyl)-N-methoxy-1-methyl-N-(1-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)-2-propanyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide); or its tautomers, isomers, and/or enantiomers.
USE - Reduction of mycotoxin e.g. trichothecene mycotoxins or deoxynivalenol contamination in plants, plant material, and/or plant propagation material (claimed). Seeds of winter wheat variety "Reaper" were planted in autumn 2014. Fertilization, herbicide- and plant- growth regulator applications were carried out according to local agricultural practice. The trial was conducted with 3 fully randomized replicates. The plot size was 15 m2. The compound Pydifumetofen was sprayed on June 10, 2015, at BBCH -growth stage 65 with use rate of 75 g a.i./ha. Pydiflumetofen was applied as 100 EC formulation adding adjuvant. In late evening of same day, inoculation with spores of Gibberella zeae was carried out by spray application. After harvest, Deoxynivalenol content of wheat kernels was analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrum/Mass Spectrum. The effect of Pydiflumetofen on Deoxynivalenol content was determined, and results showed that untreated control !
 exhibited Deoxynivalenol content of 497 ppm, and kernel treated by Pydiflumetofen at dosage of 75 g a.i./ha exhibited Deoxynivalenol content of 44 ppm.
ADVANTAGE - The method decreases contamination of mycotoxins in plants and plant material before and/or after harvest and/or during storage. The Pydiflumetofen also increases yield of cereals e.g. wheat. It can be employed for reducing mycotoxin contamination in crop protection or in protection of materials, such that bactericide compounds can be employed in crop protection for controlling Pseudomonadaceae, Rhizobiaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, Corynebacteriaceae, and Streptomycetaceae.
