外文摘要:NOVELTY - Analysis method of mycotoxin involves separating each component contained in a liquid sample in a column (3), detecting each components separated by separating process with at least two detectors, identifying each component based on the detection result by the detection process, identifying a total aflatoxin based on a detection signal from a fluorescence detector (8), and identifying deoxynivalenol based on the detection signal from detectors other than the fluorescence detector. The fluorescence detector has at least two detectors.
USE - Analysis method of mycotoxin e.g. total aflatoxin and deoxynivalenol (all claimed).
ADVANTAGE - The method can be easily identified accurately in presence or absence of a multi-component of the mycotoxin in a liquid sample in a short time.
