The second porous plate body is set in parallel on many sampling channels forming cone containing space. The second porous plate body and the first porous plate body are located at lower part of first porous plate body, and diameter of the cone gradually reduced from bottom to top and its free end forming sampling hole. Many sampling channels and second hole set on porous plate body are correspondingly arranged. The one end of many sampling channels are fixed with sampling hole.
USE - The device is useful in assisted detection of presence of genetically modified protein in food (claimed).
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises a first porous plate body horizontally arranged, a sample adding device and a second porous plate body. The second porous plate body is set in parallel on the many sampling channels forming cone containing space. The second porous plate body and the first porous plate body are located at the lower part of the first porous plate body, and the diameter of the cone gradually reduced from bottom to top and its free end forming the sampling hole. Many sampling channels and the second hole set on the porous plate body are correspondingly arranged. The one end of many sampling channels are connected with the sampling hole, while the other end of many sampling channels are connected with the second porous plate body corresponding to the hole. The hollow fiber polypropylene membrane tube is set between the first porous plate body and the second porous plate body. The hollow fiber polypropylene membrane tube wall is attached with antibody transgenic protein specifically bound to be detected. The upper end of the hollow fiber polypropylene membrane pipe is fixed in the hole of the second porous plate body, and its lower end is fixed on the first hole of the multi-hole plate body, where the hollow fiber polypropylene membrane ! tube wal l is provided with many projections and depressions.
