外文摘要:NOVELTY - Transgenic Artemisia carvifolia environmental safety assessment comprises e.g. (i) transplanting the transgenic Artemisia carvifolia plant agronomic morphological measurement from greenhouse to field planting area, transplanting for 3-4 months, measuring plant morphology parameter, comparing to wild type Artemisia carvifolia, (ii) evaluating resistance in the greenhouse for transgenic Artemisia carvifolia of salt stress, drought stress, herbicide tolerance and winter ability evaluation, and comparing to the wild type Artemisia carvifolia.
USE - The method is useful for transgenic Artemisia carvifolia environmental safety assessment (claimed).
ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, provides the index and provides the technical support for commercial risk assessment of transgenic Artemisia carvifolia variety.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transgenic Artemisia carvifolia environmental safety assessment comprises (i) transplanting the transgenic Artemisia carvifolia plant agronomic morphological measurement from greenhouse to field planting area, transplanting for 3-4 months, measuring plant morphology parameter, comparing to wild type Artemisia carvifolia, (ii) evaluating resistance in the greenhouse for transgenic Artemisia carvifolia of salt stress, drought stress, herbicide tolerance and winter ability evaluation, comparing to the wild type Artemisia carvifolia, (iii) measuring gene drift set rectangular test field to drift the gene test, where the area not less than 5mu, transgenic Artemisia carvifolia containing exogenous gene is planted in the center and 4-7 concentric circles, increasing the radius of the concentric circle from inside to outside by 0.8-1.4 m. a rectangular experimental field of the shortest side length is 4-9 times of the maximum radius of the concentric circles, concentric outer planting Artemisia carvifolia wild type, providing the experimental field is ! around t he rectangular physical isolation region in the wild type receptor Artemisia carvifolia planting area is set not less than 72 test points along more than 8 directions are concentric circles, harvesting the Artemisia carvifolia seed of each test point, measuring germination percentage of seed, and kanamycin resistance screening plant for card kanamycin resistance using PCR method to further verify whether it contains the exogenous gene inserting.
