外文摘要:NOVELTY - Device comprises a sampling device, multiple hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane and porous plate (P1). The hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane is attached with a primary antibody that specifically binds to the transgenic protein in the total protein. The sampling device comprises porous plate (P2). The porous plate (P2) is provided with cone having a cavity. The cone diameter gradually reduced from bottom to top.
USE - The device is useful for rapidly detecting genetically modified components or proteins in grains and oil.
ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in design, easy to use and operate and simultaneously detects two sets of samples.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises a sampling device, multiple hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane and porous plate (P1). The hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane is attached with a primary antibody that specifically binds to the transgenic protein in the total protein. The sampling device comprises porous plate (P2). The porous plate (P2) is provided with cone having a cavity. The cone diameter gradually reduced from bottom to top. The one end of the multiple hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane fixed on the porous plate (P2) and connected with the hole of the porous plate (P2) and the other end of the multiple hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane fixed to the porous plate (P1) and connected with a hole in the porous plate (P1), where when the total protein passes through the detection device, then sealing the hole on the porous plate (P1) to make the flow of total protein occurs only between the component with hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane having one end and a film hole of the hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane, the transgenic protein is combined with the first antibody and attached to the hollow cellulose polypropylene membrane.
