USE - The Cry1Ie monoclonal antibody cell strain and monoclonal antibody is useful for detecting Cry1Ie protein (claimed) expression in a plant and qualitative or quantitative quantity detection of Cry1Ie protein in transgenic plants, preferably cotton and corn.
ADVANTAGE - The Cry1Ie monoclonal antibody cell strain has strong specificity; and is rapid and sensitive.
