外文摘要:NOVELTY - Primer and probe comprising a nucleotide sequence of the forward primer having 35 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) fully defined in the specification, the nucleotide sequence of the reverse primer having 35 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) fully defined in the specification, and the nucleotide sequence of the probe having 37 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 3) fully defined in the specification, are new.
USE - The primer and probe or kit is useful for specific identification of transgenic maize BT176 strain using RPA technology (all claimed).
ADVANTAGE - The primer and probe rapidly detects BT176 strain of transgenic maize.

(1) kit comprising the above-mentioned primer and probe; and
