USE - The exogenous 3' flanking sequence is useful for detecting the transgenic soybean (Glycine max) GC1-1. The primer is useful for preparing a kit for detection of transgenic soybean.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for:
(1) primers, for detecting the 3' flanking sequence; and
(2) detecting transgenic soybean GC1-1, comprising taking the total DNA of the sample as template, using SEQ ID NO. 1 or a specific fragment as a target sequence, designing specific primers for PCR of the target sequence, and carrying out electrophoresis of PCR product fragments to determine the results.
