外文摘要:NOVELTY - A polymeric common target, is new. The target carries 11 commonly used target having (a) a 7353 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) fully defined in the specifications comprising 3 promoters P-35S, P-FMV35S and PNOS, 4 marker genes bar, neomycin phosphotransferase II (NPTII), hygromycin phosphotransferase (HPT) and phosphomannose-isomerase (pmi), 4 terminators T-NOS, T-35S, T-g7 and T-e9 and (b) only one reading frame in transgenic rapeseed, where the P-NOS-NPTII-T-NOS has normal expression and no other genes or elements are active.
USE - The polymeric common target is useful for screening transgenic SD-rapeseed and detecting substrate reference material using seeds of the transgenic rapeseed, as a candidate and genomic DNA reference material using transgenic rapeseed leaves, as candidate (all claimed).
ADVANTAGE - The polymeric common target is environmentally friendly compared to utilization of plasmid.
