外文摘要:OVELTY - Distinguishing transgenic corn and non-transgenic corn by detection method comprises e.g. (i) crushing and fully grinding, (ii) drying, (iii) placing the dried transgenic maize corn and the dried non-transgenic corn flour on a tablet press, (iv) vacuuming, (v) measuring the measurement parameters, (vi) setting measurement conditions, (vii) set the frequency range, (viii) discharging the sample scanning result of the influence of the background, (ix) scanning the sheet sample, (x) pre-processing the obtained sample terahertz absorbing spectrum and finding one optimal solution.
USE - The method is useful for distinguishing transgenic corn and non-transgenic corn by detection method (claimed).
ADVANTAGE - The method: has complex sample preparation, long detection time and needs professional staff to operate, utilizes THZ detection method is nondestructive, has rapid speed and can be applied to distinguish transgenic corn and nontransgenic corn detection.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Distinguishing transgenic corn and non-transgenic corn by detection method comprises (i) placing non-transgenic maize particles in the two hemispheres of the high-throughput tissue ball mill, crushing and fully grinding to obtain non transgenic corn flour sample, (ii) taking non-transgenic corn samples and the powdered transgenic corn samples are separately placing in different vacuum dryers for complete drying to obtain dry sample of non-transgenic corn and dried transgenic corn samples, (iii) placing the dried transgenic corn and the dried non-transgenic corn flour on a tablet press, applying 15 KN force to the tableting machine to obtain sample of non-transgenic corn tablet and sample of transgenic corn tablet, (iv) placing transgenic corn tablet and non-transgenic corn tablet samples on a test bench of terahertz time domain spectroscopic detection system and vacuuming the test bed, (v) measuring the measurement ! paramete rs of the transgenic corn tablet and non-transgenic corn tablet samples in the terahertz measurement system, scanning area of the terahertz measuring system connects all the sample completely contained and ensuring the precision of measuring, (vi) setting measurement conditions, so that the thickness of the measured sample set is consistent with the actual sample thickness and ensuring the accuracy of the measured data, (vii) set the frequency range and analysis mode of the terahertz scan for the sample, (viii) terahertz scanning the background detection table, discharging the sample scanning result of the influence of the background, (ix) respectively for scanning the sheet sample to obtain sample terahertz absorbing spectrum, namely transgenic corn sample terahertz absorbing spectrum and non-transgenic corn sample terahertz absorbing spectrum, (x) pre-processing the obtained sample terahertz absorbing spectrum, finding one optimal solution, so as to accurately distinguishing the transgenic corn and non-transgenic corn.
