外文摘要:NOVELTY - Pesticide residue detecting test paper comprises a test paperboard, a sample dropping unit, a detection unit and a sample recovery unit. The sample dropping unit, detecting unit and sample collecting unit are connected sequentially to the test paperboard. The sample dropping unit and the sample recovery unit are set at both ends of the test paperboard. The detection unit is set in the middle of the test paperboard. The detection unit comprises a nanoparticle marking bond pad, a detection line and a quality control line.
USE - The paper is useful for the basic unit, the field workers, large quantities of time tight detection and the large area census.

4.根据权利要求1所述的检测农药残留试纸,其特征在于,所述检测线上的标记物为杀 螟硫磷-OVA,所述质控线的标记物为羊抗兔二抗。
5.检测农药残留试纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包含下列步骤:
S1.制备稀土上转换纳米材料;
S2.制备农药多克隆抗体以及检测所述农药多克隆抗体的效价;
S3.利用所述步骤S1制备的产物标记所述农药多克隆抗体;
S4.利用所述步骤S3产物制备检测农药残留试纸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的检测农药残留试纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1为制 备稀土上转换绿光纳米材料或制备稀土上转换红光光纳米材料。
