外文摘要：   NOVELTY - A right flanking sequence having a 1684 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 4) fully defined in the specification, is new.    USE - The right flanking sequence is useful for exogenously inserting transgenic soybean WH8055 transformation event into vector and detecting transgenic soybeans. The primer pair is useful for designing right flank sequence by PCR. The kit is useful for PCR detection (all claimed).    ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has high sensitivity.    DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following:    (1) use of right flanking for detecting transgenic soybeans, where the T-DNA fragment of pCHAL1 is inserted at nucleotide position 43998179 on chromosome 3 of transgenic soybean, preferably, the transgenic soybean is WH8055 or transgenic soybeans from which the transgenic soybean is derived;    (2) primer pair having SEQ ID NOs: 6-7;    (3) kit comprising above-mentioned primer pair and other reagents; and    (4) method for using primer pair or kit involves (a) amplifying DNA of soybean sample to be tested as a template by PCR amplification, using the primer pair or primer pair and other reagents of kit and (b) determining whether the T-DNA fragment of pCHAL1 is inserted at nucleotide position 43998179 on chromosome 3 of soybean in accordance to PCR amplification product, PCR amplification product. gagtggcctttctccaattgag (SEQ ID NO: 6) and caacgtggcatcctcactaa (SEQ ID NO: 7).
