外文摘要：NOVELTY - Immunochromatographic test strip comprises sample pad, conjugate pad, analysis membrane and water absorbent pad, where the analysis membrane is provided with detection line and quality control line, the conjugate pad is fixed with upconverting luminescent nanoparticle (UCNP)-transgenic protein CP4-5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) monoclonal antibody 1 conjugate, the detection line is fixed with transgenic protein CP4-EPSPS monoclonal antibody 2, and the quality control line is fixed with a secondary antibody.    USE - The immunochromatographic test strip is useful for detecting upconversion of transgenic protein CP4-EPSPS (claimed).    ADVANTAGE - The immunochromatographic test strip is cost-effective, and has high speed and sensitivity for detecting upconversion of transgenic protein CP4-EPSPS.    DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Immunochromatographic test strip comprises sample pad, conjugate pad, analysis membrane and water absorbent pad, where the sample pad and conjugate pad are glass-fiber film, the analysis membrane is a nitrocellulose membrane, the water absorbent pad is a cellulose membrane, the analysis membrane is provided with detection line and quality control line, the sample pad, conjugate pad and water absorbent pad are sequentially pasted on PVC plate, the conjugate pad is fixed with upconverting luminescent nanoparticle (UCNP)-transgenic protein CP4-5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) monoclonal antibody 1 conjugate, the detection lineis fixed with transgenic protein CP4-EPSPS monoclonal antibody 2, and the quality control line is fixed with a secondary antibody.
