外文摘要:   NOVELTY - Primer pair and probe combination comprises first set of primer pair, second set of primer pair, first probe and second probe.    USE - The primer pair and probe combination is useful in kit for detecting or assisting detection of transgenic soybean DAS81419 and soybean endogenous genes, or preparing product for detecting or assisting detection of transgenic soybean DAS81419 and soybean endogenous genes (all claimed).    ADVANTAGE - The kit detects transgenic soybean DAS81419 and soybean endogenous genes rapidly and accurately with high sensitivity and specificity.    DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Primer pair and probe combination comprises first set of primer pair, second set of primer pair, first probe and second probe. The first set of primer pair comprises base pair sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2. The first probe corresponds to the first set of primer pair. The first probe comprises base pair sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3. The second set of primer pair comprises base pair sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 4 and 5. The second probe corresponds to the second set of primer pair. The second probe comprises base pair sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6. agcacttattggtacttgtccta (SEQ ID NO: 1), gtcaaacatgctaagcgact (SEQ ID NO: 2), atcttgaagcaagttccgctca (SEQ ID NO: 3), ccagcttcgccgcttccttc (SEQ ID NO: 4), gaaggcaagcccatctgcaagcc (SEQ ID NO: 5), and cttcaccttctatgcccctgacac (SEQ ID NO: 6). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following:    (1) kit comprising the above-mentioned primer pair and probe combination; and    (2) method for detecting or assisting detection of transgenic soybean DAS81419 and soybean endogenous genes by fluorescence PCR, involves (a) performing fluorescence PCR amplification using biological sample containing DNA as a template and primer pair and probe combination or the above-mentioned kit, and (b) determining whether the biological sample is transgenic soybean DAS81419, or biological sample containing soybean components, or biological sample containing transgenic soybean DAS81419 and/or lineage-specific genetic components of the soybean component based on the results of the fluorescent PCR amplification.
