外文摘要:NOVELTY - Detecting microorganisms in maize rhizo-sphere based on deep sequencing comprises extracting 16S rDNA V4 region in the microbial metagenomic DNA from the soil samples of transgenic saline-alkali corn-growing areas, amplifying by double-tag fusion primer pairs, building deep sequencing of qualified libraries to obtain pure READS, splicing into TAG, and producing at least 50,000 potential TAGs for clustering into operational taxa OTUs by soil samples.    USE - The method is useful for detecting microorganisms in maize rhizo-sphere based on deep sequencing.    DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for system for detecting microorganisms in rhizo-sphere soil of maize based on deep sequencing.
