外文摘要：NOVELTY - A hybridoma cell strain (CGMCC No. 13483), is new.    USE - The hybridoma cell strain and monoclonal antibody are useful for detecting glyphosate resistant GR79-5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) transgenic plants chosen from cotton, corn, rice, soybean and rape (all claimed). The antibody is useful for hybridization immunoassay of GR79-EPSPS protein and qualitative and quantitative detection of different parts such as seeds and leaves of GR79-EPSPS transgenic plants.    ADVANTAGE - The hybridoma cell strain secretes monoclonal antibody having high specificity and sensitivity.    DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following:    (1) monoclonal antibody produced by the above-mentioned hybridoma cell strain; and    (2) immunocolloidal gold test strip comprising a sample pad, a colloidal gold pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and an absorbent pad which are sequentially assembled on a PVC bottom plate, where the nitrocellulose membrane is provided with a detection line (T line) and a quality control line (C line), the monoclonal antibody is coated on the T line and the C line is coated with goat anti-mouse immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody.
