外文摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing azadirachtin comprises choosing fertile sandy soil land, spreading tea oil drops evenly, sprinkling water, taking out dark brown worm emerging out from the land, cleaning the surface, stabbing the worrm head, eviscerating, placing in a vessel containing water, allowing to stand; mixing the worm with tea oil mixture; fermenting; concentrating the fermentation mixture, and diluting to obtain the dilute solution; adding neem seed particles into beaker, adding diluted solution, stirring, and carrying out intermittent microwave extraction.
主权项:Preparing azadirachtin comprises (i) choosing fertile sandy soil land of length 1-2 m and width 0.8-1.2 m, spreading 1-2 l tea oil drops evenly in the sand, sprinkling 2-3 l water, taking out 10-12 dark brown worm emerging out from the land, cleaning the surface, stabbing the worrm head with 10-15 cm long bamboo stick or blunt needle, eviscerating, placing in a vessel containing water, allowing to stand for 3-5 hours, so that the sand present on the worm body sinks at the bottom of the container; (ii) taking out the worm, rinsing with clean hot water at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 minutes, then adding on the pineapple sieve, placing under the sun, turning once every 2 hours, until the water content is 1-2%, adding into the container, and mixing to obtain worm tea oil mixture; (iii) pouring the obtained reaction mixture into a kettle, adding 5-10 wt.% deionized water, fully mixing, sealing in a reactor, and bruising at 250-300 degrees C, 10-12 MPa for 45-55 minutes; (iv) taking out the mixture, adding into fermenter, adding 5-8% *aflatoxin*, well mixing, sealing and fermenting at 35-55 degrees C for 5-8 days, heating to 38-58 degrees C, sealing and fermenting for 3-5 days, to obtain fermented mixture, adding 85% ethanol solution, mixing, placing in the ultrasonic vibration apparatus, vibrating under ultrasonic frequency of 25-35 KHz, at 120-150 W for 1-2 hours, filtering to obtain filtrate, placing the filtrate in a Soxhlet extractor, extracting for 4-55 minutes, collecting the extract, adding into distillation apparatus, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 35-45 minutes, removing ethanol by distillation, to obtain fermented extract; (v) adding the fermentation extract into concentrated tank, reducing the tank pressure to 1000-1100 Pa, concentrating under reduced pressure to concentrated liquid, adding 10-20 times of 75% ethanol into the concentrate, and diluting to obtain the dilute solution; and (vi) taking 80-100 g neem seeds, removing moldy seed, adding into the pulverizer, pulverizing and passing via 70-80 mesh sieve to obtain neem seed particles, adding neem seed particles into 2 l beaker, adding 700-800 ml diluted solution, stirring, placing on a shaker, oscillating and reacting for 20-30 minutes, carrying out intermittent microwave extraction at 200-220 W for 45-55 minutes, 1-3 times, taking out the mixture, centrifuging at 1200-1300 rpm for 25-30 minutes, filtering, and leaving the residue liquid.
