主权项:(1) a method (M1) of synthesizing (I);(2) synthesizing (M2) 7,9-dimethoxy-1,2-dihydro-cyclopenta(c)chromene-3,4-dione (3a), comprises: suspending monobasic acid comprising 3-(5,7-dimethoxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)-propionic acid (3b) in polyphosphoric acid and heating to at least 50 degrees C; and cooling the reaction mixture below 50 degrees C and adding an aqueous solution to obtain (3a); (3) synthesizing (M3) a compound of *aflatoxin*, comprising deprotecting the intermediate of diethyl 2-((5,7-dimethoxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)methyl)malonate to obtain dibasic acid analogue; and carrying dibasic acid precipitation to separate *aflatoxin* analog of comprising 2-(5,7-dimethoxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-ylmethyl)-malonic acid (4a);(4) molecularly imprinted polymer intermediate, comprising a complex crosslinked polymer obtained from a monomer and (I);(5) molecular imprinted polymer, comprising a crosslinked polymer obtained from a monomer, where the polymer contains many cavities, and at least one of the cavity is obtained using (I);(6) preparing (M4) a molecular imprinted polymer, comprising: obtaining (I), ccombining (I) with at least one monomer and at least one crosslinker; polymerizing the monomer and the crosslinking agents to obtain a polymer with an intermediate molecular imprints; and removing (I) from the polymer intermediate with molecular fingerprints to obtain a polymer with a molecular imprints; and(7) method (M5) of sequestration of *aflatoxin*, comprising: obtaining molecular imprinted polymer having many cavities, where at least one of the cavity is obtained using (I); providing material containing *aflatoxin*; and bringing the molecular imprinted polymer in contact with the material, where the molecular imprinted polymer is sequestered for at least 40 wt.% of *aflatoxin* by one material.
