外文摘要:The present invention relates to compositions and methods for targeting proteins to intracellular compartments. In particular, the present invention provides vaccine compositions comprising fusion proteins that target the vaccines to the autophagy pathway.
NOVELTY - A fusion protein comprising sequestosome 1 (SQSTM1)/p62 and a conjugate, is new.
USE - The fusion protein is useful in vaccine composition for inducing an immune response, preferably T-cell immune response in a subject towards an antigen chosen from an antigen derived from virus, preferably HIV Gagp24, and a cancer antigen (all claimed). The vaccine is useful for preventing and treating infection caused by microorganisms and virus induced cancers.
