外文摘要:NOVELTY - A monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts with an amino acid sequence which appears several times on the C-terminal side at position 177-274 to N terminus in the P30 protein of Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and does not react from N terminus to the 176 th amino acid, is new.
USE - The monoclonal antibody is useful for detecting M.pneumoniae (claimed).
ADVANTAGE - The monoclonal antibody detects M.pneumoniae in a simple, accurate and rapid manner, and has improved affinity, reactivity, sensitivity for M.pneumoniae.
