According to the present invention, the control lever assembly includes : a plate-shaped mounting unit fixed to a designated position of a control panel; a tilting bracket installed on a first side of the mounting unit to be able to be rotated in a second direction to the mounting unit, and hinged to a control lever to be able to be rotated in a first direction; a first direction restoring unit installed on a side of the tilting bracket, and generating a restoring force to return the control lever to the neutral position when the control lever is tilted around a first hinge shaft in the first direction to the tilting bracket; a first direction control sensor installed on the other side of the tilting bracket, and detecting a tilting angle of the control lever in the first direction and outputting the detected information to a control part; a second direction restoring unit installed on a second side of the mounting unit, and generating restoring force to return the tilting bracket to the neutral position combined with the control lever when the tilting bracket is tilted around a second hinge shaft in the second direction to the mounting unit; and a second direction control sensor installed on the second side of the mounting unit, and detecting the tilt angle of the control lever in the second direction and outputting the detected information to the control part.
