A global system for mobile communication (GSM) based E-agriculture system, comprising a. a control and monitoring module comprising of a plurality of sensor such as rain sensor, moisture sensor, float sensor to measure rain fall, moisture content and water level respectively, wherein if a dry condition is determined, a controller interconnected with the plurality of sensors provides control signals to drive motors to pump water into a tank as well as issues signals to drive the motors to sprinkle the water in farm field; b. a smart fencing system connected to the control and monitoring module comprising of a proximity sensor and a tactile sensor for sensing presence of an object, wherein if an object is detected in vicinity, the controller triggers an alarm system and a smoke fire system that prevents entry of trespassers; c. a Farm Hover connected to the control and monitoring module comprising of a spray canister, farm hover with a plurality of motion motors and a spray pump for providing omni directional movement of a copter to spray pesticides, insecticides and fertilizer on the land; and d. a Land Rover connected to the control and monitoring module for performing a plurality of amenities such as ploughing, and harvesting.
