外文摘要:SYSTEM FOR COUNTING SPHERICAL FRUITS IN FIELD OPERATING CONDITIONS. This patent is a utility model for the development of a system for counting spherical fruits. This consists of a digital controller (PLC), convergent cone, three dividing blades, circular tubular frame, support support, fruit exhaust nozzle, circular strap, three photoelectric sensors, circular fruit extractor bead and by three electromagnetic wave transmitters. To carry out its activities this equipment is powered by electric energy, the count of the fruit occurs through photoelectric sensors that transmit electrical pulses, caused by the interruption of its electromagnetic wave by the fruits, traveling to the PLC through the wiring present in each sensor. Arriving in the PLC the electric pulse is converted into an analog signal, counting the amount of fruits at that exact moment, and can be seen through the display that this equipment has or be transferred to a data acquisition or control system, maximizing performance in the task of counting fruits.
